		<description>I don't know a lot about the Training Administration, but I do agree that they don't get the praise they deserve. I know it takes a lot of hard work to provide registration procedures, print both instructor and participant guides, secure training facilities (locations, rooms), and even prepare equipment that’s needed. 

They work hard to make sure everyone is comfortable and everyone has what they need.</description>

		<description>I also know for a fact that the administration for training can be curtailed. I worked for an automotive supplier that was required to show training to get a contract. They set up what "we" called a museum near our department. The "museum" was simply models of the stages of production. It worked for the company, but it was never intended to work as a training aid for employees. Just a good show for the visitors coming through.</description>

		<description>I really think administrators are important. Though I never had administrators, I had assistant managers and they were a godsend. Without them I would have fallen flat on my face. They helped me with everything from floor sets to training to paperwork. Though I did most of the managerial stuff, they were my support if I ever felt like I was falling behind. Their input was invaluable. Even though people work behind the scenes, they still work their butts off to make sure everything runs smoothly.</description>

		<description>I honestly don't know a lot about the training administration.  I do know that the administrative side is really strong for all businesses.  I think it would be neat to learn the other sides.  Including both training and administrative side.  A lot of work but also different and interesting!</description>

		<description>I personally know the work that goes into the adminstrative side of any department.  I did administrative support for marketing, customer service, operations and Human Resources.  I know for a fact no department would operate efficiently without the support of their administrative help. I actually believe being administrative support in a training department would be interesting and fun!</description>
