Companies and businesses need to be constantly upgrading training due to technology and it being ever changing. All types of technology are constantly being upgraded with new software or new programs and if companies expect to stay on top they need to keep up.

Being a trainer is a very difficult job that requires a lot of attention, effort, and time. It can get very stressful and chaotic. Trainers have to have that type of firm, but calm personality and that type of calm, organized character with a lot of other qualities. It takes a lot to be a trainer.

I don't know a lot about the Training Administration, but I do agree that they don't get the praise they deserve. I know it takes a lot of hard work to provide registration procedures, print both instructor and participant guides, secure training facilities (locations, rooms), and even prepare equipment that’s needed.

They work hard to make sure everyone is comfortable and everyone has what they need.

Training Proposals confuse me. I have tried over and over and over again to comprehend the training proposal and for some reason I think I am analyzing it too much and making it more difficult than it is. I can't seem to understand it no matter what I do.

Technology is ever changing and Mediated Instruction sounds like a good technique to learning. I do know that not everyone learns at the same pace or at the same level and I think the Mediated Instruction will help with that.

I consider Live Instructions to be very beneficial. In High School we had a long distance learning lab that we used in our English class and in our History Class. It was a very unique way of contact and a fun new way of learning. I enjoyed it a lot and I enjoy all of the podcasts and blogs as well.

I think that live instruction would have to be the best way to learn. I can better understand this process because of the podcast.
